Terms and conditions
1. Booking and confirmation
A booking is concluded once Amarante Villas confirms the reservation in writing. For villas on request, confirmation follows the owner's approval.
2. Payment
30% deposit on booking, balance no later than six weeks before arrival. For bookings within six weeks of arrival the full amount is due immediately.
3. Security deposit and house rules
Most villas require a security deposit, paid in advance or on site and refunded after inspection. The maximum number of guests may not be exceeded.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations take effect from the date of written receipt. Charges increase as the arrival date approaches.
5. Liability
Amarante Villas acts as an intermediary between guest and owner and is not liable for damage arising from force majeure or use of the property.
