How do I book a villa?
Villas with instant booking can be reserved online with immediate confirmation. For villas on request we send availability and a quote within one working day.
What is included in the rental price?
The price includes final cleaning, bed and bath linen, water, electricity and pool maintenance. Tourist tax and optional extras are listed separately.
What deposit applies?
You pay 30% of the rental sum when booking. The balance is due no later than six weeks before arrival.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are welcome in a selection of our villas. Use the 'Pets allowed' filter to see them.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Up to eight weeks before arrival the deposit remains due; after that our sliding scale applies. We recommend cancellation insurance.
