Comfortable, cozy villa with private swimming pool for six people, located in the beautiful Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park.

These villas are located in a villa park with approximately 100 villas, in the heart of the Ardèche near the town of Vallon Pont d'Arc. The guests may use the park's facilities free of charge, including two tennis courts and a communal swimming pool. In high season there is a food truck with pizza or chicken on the park regularly and you can order snacks at the reception. Also in high season various activities are organized such as: rental of electric bikes, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.

There is a small supermarket about 1 km away. A little further away is a larger supermarket, a bakery and a greengrocer and in Ruoms and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc you will find various shops, bars, restaurants and terraces.

Villa with lots of space, comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Cozy living room with large sofas, dining room with table and 6 chairs, double sliding doors give access to the terrace. Large open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Three
bedrooms for two people (beds can be pushed apart) with air conditioning and two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with a shower. The beds are made upon arrival. There is 1 extra bedroom on the first floor with a single bed.

Outside:
Villa Pivoine has six luxury sunbeds and a parasol by the pool. The private pool is open from April to October. There is a spacious covered terrace attached to the house where you can relax in the shade. To complete the picture, there is a gas barbecue at your disposal.
