The park itself is located 5 minutes from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, with its authentic streets and cozy terraces.

Ground floor: Villa Le Sanglier is a luxurious, fully detached 10-person villa with a private pool, equipped with air conditioning and an electric car charging station. The villa features a cozy, spacious living room and dining area with access to the garden and the pool. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a toilet.
First floor: Here you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and air conditioning, and a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning in the hallway. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor.
Outside: The large garden with a spacious 10x4 meter private pool (optionally heated) features a lovely covered terrace and barbecue where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs. Next to the pool, there are comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Would you rather sit in the shade? Then make use of the extra canopy. From the garden, you have a view of the river, and from the villa, you can walk to the river within a few minutes to swim, fish, or sunbathe. The garden also features a pétanque court and an in-ground trampoline. The garden is fenced and can be locked by means of a gate.
