Villa Bella is a completely detached, spacious and luxurious 8-person villa with private swimming pool located on the holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche near the cozy village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
The park Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche has a large communal swimming pool, jeu-de-boules courts, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's play equipment and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the river Ardèche and 5 minutes away from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces. In high season there is regularly a food truck with pizza or chicken on the park and you can order snacks at the reception. Various activities are also organized in high season such as: Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.

Villa Bella is a luxurious, fully detached 8-person villa with private swimming pool, equipped with air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms. The villa is located on the holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, within walking distance of the Ardèche river. The villa has a cozy spacious living room with television. Air conditioning is also available here. The dining room has a large table with 8 lovely chairs and sliding doors to the outside. The large open kitchen is fully equipped, such as a refrigerator with freezer, a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
Downstairs there is one bedroom for 2 persons with air conditioning, a bathroom with bath/shower and a toilet. In the hall there is another separate toilet and a room with the washing machine.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms for two persons with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The villa has a large balcony with a beautiful view.

Outside: the large secluded and fenced garden with private pool and has a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy the French outdoor life, with a beautiful view towards the mountains. The terrace has a large table with 8 chairs where you can enjoy the shade. There is also an iron pergola of 3,5m x 3,5m available in the garden with a lounge. There are lovely sunbeds by the private pool to relax on, palm trees and a barbecue. The house has a private pétanque court, surrounded by attractive beams with LED lighting.
