Then be sure to spend an afternoon in charming Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historic town and centre for cultural tourism. Very authentic are also Labeaume and Balazuc, with Le Viel Audon – a 1960s hamlet – just a 20-minute walk along the river. 

The beautiful surroundings of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche It is no surprise that so many nature lovers choose a holiday at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The great variety in elevation and climate guarantees a rich diversity of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and as night falls, deer, roe deer and wild boars appear at the forest edge. In the numerous caves, countless bats hibernate. Gorges de l'Ardèche Rugged natural formations manifest themselves in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Paiolive. The boulders in this forest sometimes look as if scattered by a giant hand. Due to erosion, they have acquired all sorts of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardèche are also well worth a visit during your holiday!

This spacious and tastefully furnished villa with 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms is located at the start of the luxury villa park. The villa is situated close to the communal swimming pool, so children can easily walk to the pool by themselves. The villa and garden offer privacy, a wonderful private swimming pool, a covered terrace and a cosy corner in the garden with a lounge set to enjoy a book and a glass of fine wine. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open-plan kitchen offer plenty of space and options to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge and microwave. 

There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa features two bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor (bath + shower in bath) and 1 on the first floor (shower). There are also 2 double bedrooms on this upper floor. The beds are made upon arrival. 

From the villa, French doors lead directly into your garden where you can enjoy outdoor living under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden is fitted with a cover to retain heat as much as possible. The private pool is open from April to October. There are 4 sun loungers available. At the back of the garden, you will find a lounge set to relax with a good book. The villa also features a washing machine and Wi-Fi internet. At the villa itself, there is space to park 2 - 3 cars.
