This spacious villa is located in the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park, near the picturesque village of Vallon Pont d'Arc. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. In the park you will find various communal facilities, including a large swimming pool with a children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use.

Well-appointed villa with private heatable pool. Spacious and tastefully furnished living room with air conditioning and open kitchen with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave with oven function. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground floor also has a spacious bathroom with sink, bath and toilet. The villa also has WiFi. The beds are made upon arrival. 4 Bedrooms have air conditioning.

First floor: On the first floor are another 3 spacious bedrooms for two people. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower, sink and toilet. Also on this floor is a separate covered balcony with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside.

Outside: From the villa you can walk straight into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the covered terrace. On the lawn is a large tree that offers some extra shade in the hot summer months. Around the heated private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5 m) there are several sun loungers to enjoy the French sun. The swimming pool can be covered in the cooler months, so that the water stays at a better temperature. You can use the gas barbecue in the garden (gas at own costs). You can park 3 cars under the carport. You can also charge your electric car via the car charger (extra costs).

The swimming pool is closed in winter (November - March).
