Welcome to this charming, newly renovated villa located in the picturesque village of San Giusto di Compito, within the town of Capannori. This village is famed for hosting the annual Camellia Show, where visitors from around the world gather to enjoy the vibrant blooming of these beautiful plants.

The home is spread across two floors and designed for comfort with an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. A stone staircase with 15 steps takes you to the upper floor
Ground Floor
Dining area with a spacious kitchen equipped with a cozy breakfast table, a living room furnished with comfortable sofas and a television, and a bathroom with a shower.
First Floor
three large bedrooms with air conditioning: two double rooms that share a bathroom with a shower, and one twin room with an en-suite bathroom.
Outdoor:
This property offers approximately 1,000 square meters of private outdoor space. A portable barbecue is available for guests, perfect for summer grilling and creating memorable meals outdoors. Guests can enjoy their culinary creations under the shaded veranda, complete with a dining table for alfresco meals, providing a seamless blend of comfort and outdoor enjoyment.
Swimming pool:
In the centre of the enclosed garden, on a lower level, there is a 4 x 9 metre above-ground swimming pool with a depth of 1.30 metres, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the Tuscan sun. The swimming pool is private and exclusive. The purification system is chlorine-based and the sun terrace is equipped with deckchairs, sun loungers and parasols. Swimming pool open from 1 May to 1 October.

The accommodation is cleaned at the start of the rental period. Tenants are responsible for maintaining good hygiene in the accommodation and facilities during their stay and at the end of the rental period.
Electricity and heating, if required, are not included in the rental price and will be charged based on consumption.
Upon departure, the accommodation will be inspected to check that no items are missing, that no abnormal wear and tear has been caused by the guests (e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture, burnt linen, etc.), whether waste has been disposed of correctly according to the instructions provided on arrival, and whether any fines have been imposed for incorrect waste disposal. Depending on the assessment, the deposit will be refunded.
For safety reasons, the use of the wood-burning oven and barbecue, if available, must be requested upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in accordance with local environmental regulations.
