people. The villa is located among the hills of Lucca that separate the medieval town from the coast. From the villa, the beaches of Versilia and the Renaissance city walls of Lucca can be reached in a very short time. The villa, originally
an old barn, has been transformed by its current owners into an elegant and charming property for a relaxing, comfortable holiday in the Lucca countryside.
The villa is located 15 km from the historic centre of Lucca and, thanks to its strategic location, you can reach
some important Tuscan art cities from the villa, such as Pisa, Florence and Siena.

The pool, with chlorine filtration, is rectangular, measuring about 5x10 meters with a fixed depth of 1.50 meters. Access to the pool is via 4 large steps. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and loungers.
